MKF ”Sunrise” introduced a new service Viber Chat

Microcredit Foundation Sunrise in cooperation with the company Rebus ltd. has enriched its business by introducing a new service Viber Chat. This service enables future clients to use simple, practical and fast way of communication.

Sunrise Viber Chat is a free service that allows two-way communication between the clients and the Foundation through the Viber app, using smart phones, tablest or desktop computers. The service is intended for all current and future clients who have an open Viber account and follow a Viber public profile of the Microcredit Foundation Sunrise.

At the Sunrise Public Account, the users are able to track news, information, current loan products and services of the Foundation. When using Sunrise Public Account, users are also offered the option of use Sunrise Viber Chat through which they can find more detailed information about the products and services offered by the Foundation, special benefits, location of a nearest branch office, cashier office to make payments, and spaces designated for compliments/complaints and other enquiries.

A unique service available on Viber application is a service where the clients have the ability to apply for a loan through a Viber chat, by simply being redirected to the web loan application. Microcredit Foundation Sunrise is the first foundation to offer such communication platform.
